I'll kick things off with gifted noel-Williams, the first player I've seen to limp going on the pitch

Diego penny Remco & Berisha waste of time effort and wages all 3 of them

I think Besart was pretty unlucky. Michael Ricketts anyone?

Now he was sh*t. Another quality signing was Nando guerrero, he ran and ran and ran straight into the defender. A mention for Wayne Thomas too who was either injured or suspended. How Southampton paid £1.2 mil for him Christ only knows

Thomas was terrible. What about Breeze block head Caldwell? Although he did lead us to the PL. :-)Another man to throw his hat into the ring of misfortune is Alan Mahon. Never really made it at Burnley IMO. UTC NNN

Caldwell was a reliable player in the championship and could have been handy to have kept for this season coming. He's gone up with us before, so his experience could have been vital. Alan mahon was unlucky in some cases with injuries but yeah he was unfulfilled potential. Does anyone remember sanokho ?(forgot his first name) He only started one game, at home to spurs in a 3-0 carling cup defeat. He was the worst player i've seen in recent times playing for the clarets

The worst loan player has to go to Mark Kendall without a doubt.
Jimmy Mullen signed him on loan and he made only 3 Appearances,
1st January 1992, Chesterfield (A) 14th January 1992, Derby County, FA Cup (A) that was called off due to the fog, and the nightmare performance at Blackpool where he conceded 5 goals, and all would go down to bad goalkeeping. Anyone who was there will no doubt agree he was the worst goalkeeper we have ever had, Bl**dy awfulMark passed away on 1 May 2008, R.I.P Mark

Yeah alan Moore was poor. Although I have to defend him simply because of that back heel to king Arthur at sheepdale when we won 3-2

What about Ricketts for the worst loan player Tipple?

If you didn't see Mark Kendall you missed out on the worst display of a goal keeper I have ever seen, Ricketts was bad but nowhere near Kendall
